Honda of Lisle has hit another home run!  We just bought our second Honda CR-V in three weeks.  Our first Honda was for our daughter, the second CR-V is for my wife.  She was so delighted with our daughter’s CR-V that she decided to trade her car in for one! It is a low mileage vehicle that looks and drives like a new car.  Ken Nandani was his usual helpful self.  I previously described him as a real gentleman, and he certainly continues to be.  From the early process of choosing among several competing vehicles, to the test drive and to the price negotiations, we found him to be an excellent salesman, an understanding advisor, and a person with a wealth of information on the product he is selling.  An unusual combination in retail business today.  We are now a two Honda family, and valued customers of the Honda Superstore.  Given the long-term reliability of a Honda, we will probably not be buying another for some time.  But when we do, and when we are asked by friends and family about the best place to by a Honda, we certainly will turn to Honda of Lisle.

We recently bought out Honda Civic from Honda of Lisle and our experience overall has been excellant. Mr. Nandani was our Sales associate and he was very helpful during the entire process. He showed us the available models in CIVIC as well as in other comparable Honda models and explained to us all the different details with each of these models to consider. The he took us for a test drive and during the test drive he clearly explained all the various options aailable in the Civic and the advantage of each of them. It helped us in finalizing our choice. He is very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles as well as the purchasing process like vehicle loan, maintenance, warrenty etc. 

Mr. Vibhaker was very helpful in going through the paper work as well as choosing an appropriate service contract.

I strongly recommend Honda of Lisle based on our above experience. 

Ken asked what options were important to us (what did we need vs. what did we want). He gave details on the models and their options to help us make our decision. Ken was patient, answered all our questions and definitely NOT pushy. Vic Vibhaker closed the deal in a quick and professional manner. This is our third Honda and when it's time for our next one we will definitely be back.

I had done a bit of homework online to check out the certified vehicles at this dealership, in particular the Honda CRV.  So I knew pretty much what I was looking for.  Ken Nandani was our salesperson, and he was straightforward, not at all pushy, helpful, fair and pleasant.  He has a dry sense of humor which we enjoyed.  I really dislike the process of buying a car, and have gone to Carmax for my last 2 cars because the process there is so easy.  Well, buying my new (for me) 2009 CRV at Honda of Lisle was just as easy.  And I love my CRV! It drives so easily and can accomodate all the gear I seem to need to have with me in the car.  All in all, a great experience, and they met all my expectations.  Thanks Ken!

Worst customer service ever. This guy was so rude.  I was ready to buy a car the day I went in.   This guy sat me and my wife down and within 3 minutes,  another salesman came by and said another customer was here to see him.   At that moment I could tell the guy wanted to ditch us and attend to the other customer.  So he told us he would print copies of his inventory and let us look through it.   Then he went to get the print outs and didnt come back for 10 minutes.  So my wife and decided to go to another dealer to make the purchase.  This guy has no customer service skills.  He should have asked someone else to work with us if he was busy.   I drove all the way there and wasted my gas and valuable time.  I guess my money was no good for him.  My family has owned 7 hondas since 1987. Thats pretty much all we buy.  However I will not be buying from this dealership again.
