I was between buying a Highlander and a Pilot. I went to test drive both.

I was so appalled by the Toyota dealership after my experience at Honda that I walked out of Toyota Lombard so happy to NEVER have to go back. I got on the phone with Honda and purchased over the phone our Pilot.

The sales people were non aggressive, informative and not arrogant.

Such an easy transaction and a good deal. I am looking forward to using their service department now that we own out first Honda.

Debby Brown was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, she listened to me (very important). I did not feel rushed, When I decided which one I wanted to test drive, she took all  the time on explaining the workings of the car. She is very knowledgeable of the car I was very impressed with that. I had a problem with the right rear tire it lost ten pounds of air in a matter of days, she called me back got me into to see  a service tech Mike Frain another( great individual) the next day the tire was replaced and I was sent on my way. My last car was Honda Civic I already new the qualty of the car, I was purchasing but I did not realize the Customer Service was above my expections.  Happily driving my Honda Accord I thank you Debby.

Debbie Brown was a fantastic sales women. I felt no pressure at all. She was very personable and looked out for me every step of the way. I lost my Honda Civic due to the fact that a man ran me off the road and totalled my car and she made buying a new Honda simple and very painless.
