I had a very good sales experience with Bob Gross,  he was very knowledgeable, took time to go over the benefits of the Honda Civic which we subsequently purchased and helped us make the right decision.  He was also very patient and attentive in the buying process.  I felt it was probably the best purchase process I have experienced.  Jennifer Holish also assisted Bob and she was as well very attentive in the purchase process.  Good experience and we feel good about purchase.

After much deliberation on purchasing my first vehicle I found my way to Honda of Lisle. This has been a wonderful experience where I feel welcomed and the first time I trusted anyone at a car dealership. This was our first Honda purchase. Doing our shopping over the internet, our sales person, Bob, was very responsive from the beginning and the sales managers were straight-forward in their dealings.  He made sure any issues with my new Odyssey were addressed right away and was very accomodating to my and my wife's schedule needs in order to sign papers with the finance manager so my wife could get in and out quickly. We also liked the way our finance manager, Vic, presented us money-saving financial options.  Highly recommend Bob and Vic and Honda of Lisle as a great place to shop and buy a car.
