This was my second purchase from Honda of Lisle and working with Bill Rieman as a salesman was a pleasure.  I always do alot of research on different brands/models, trade-in values, etc and Bill was very patient as I did my research. asked questions and made several trips to the dealership as part of making my decision.  He wasn't pushy and always went to every effor to answer any questions or concerns I had.  I'd highly recommend asking for Bill as a salesman if you want an excellent person to work with.

Working with Brad Mitchell to complete the transaction was also a very good experience.

I've always been impressed with how well the Honda of Lisle dealership operates.  Rather it be sales, financing, service, parts, getting a ride to/from work while they're performing maintenance, getting a car wash, etc, they always seem to have things under control.  They definitely have a well ran dealership.

I felt very comfortable with Bill. My biggest concern was price, and he was willing to listen to my concerns with out being overly pushy and work with me. I went to a Honda dealership in Countryside earlier in the week and walked away because I felt like I was being pressured; Bill was personable without trying to oversell me and let me - and my dad, who also purchased a car - make our own decisions. He knew what he was talking about with the price, even when my dad pulled out his iphone, and Bill stood by his product and price. I enjoyed my experience at Honda of Lisle and working with Bill Reiman.

Car buying experience was good. I did a few test drives and had a bit of a drawn out purchasing time-frame, and bill was friendly and made sure to keep in touch the whole time.

The people here have been very easy to work with.  They did the best to get us a good deal right away so that we didn't have to haggle forever.  We told them what we wanted and they made it work for us, with a very low amount of pressure.  We have worked with the service department in the past and I have always been pleased with their service.

I am happy to report that our experience at Honda of Lisle with salesman Bill Rieman has been excellent.  Car shopping can be a daunting experience for anyone, let alone a woman who has never done this by herself, and I brought my daughter to buy a car for herself.  The outstanding treatment we recieved from Bill was not only informative, but exactly what we needed to feel comfortable with everything from the test drive to signing the check. All of my criteria was addressed (and met) by Bill and the vehicle, especially with concerns for safety.  Our knowledgeable salesman answered all my questions and those of my daughters, which was my primary concern.  We loved all the colours too.

This was our second transaction with Bill and Honda of Lisle and we are very happy with our vehicle.  I turned in my Pilot lease early and Bill was awesome with having options available and getting us to the price point we wanted.  We will be back when this new lease is up too.
