I recently purchased a 2012 Odyssey from Honda of Lisle.  The entire experience was outstanding!  The staff worked tirelessly to achieve the best trade in value and excellent terms for me.  These guys are the epitome of service, efficiency, and value.  The experience was so good that I can already tell you my next vehicle purchase will be from Honda of Lisle as well.

This was my third trip into Honda of Lisle - the first time I got a used car, this was my second brand new car.  It's the best experience ever - I really felt like Lanny knew what he was talking about - he knew the answer to every question I had related to MPGs, summer tire rotation, how to synch my iPhone, how to make calls.  I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours, and that included 2 separate test drives, a trade-in and getting my new car detailed.  It's a beautiful car, and I would go back to Honda of Lisle in a heartbeat.  If you're looking for a new or used Honda, this is the ONLY place you should go.

Honda of Lisle has hit another home run!  We just bought our second Honda CR-V in three weeks.  Our first Honda was for our daughter, the second CR-V is for my wife.  She was so delighted with our daughter’s CR-V that she decided to trade her car in for one! It is a low mileage vehicle that looks and drives like a new car.  Ken Nandani was his usual helpful self.  I previously described him as a real gentleman, and he certainly continues to be.  From the early process of choosing among several competing vehicles, to the test drive and to the price negotiations, we found him to be an excellent salesman, an understanding advisor, and a person with a wealth of information on the product he is selling.  An unusual combination in retail business today.  We are now a two Honda family, and valued customers of the Honda Superstore.  Given the long-term reliability of a Honda, we will probably not be buying another for some time.  But when we do, and when we are asked by friends and family about the best place to by a Honda, we certainly will turn to Honda of Lisle.

This was the best experience we've had buying a new car. We first got a price online (that's the way to go!).  When we were ready, we came in and the internet person introduced us to our salesperson, Robin. She was very knowledgeable about the car and we appreciated that she was very straightforward and did not constantly pressure us about buying the car, unlike some of the other dealers we went to ( we looked at 9 different types of cars). When we agreed to the terms, she brought us to Vic Vibhakar to sign all our paperwork and we were also very impressed with him. Altogether a great experience!

We came in a couple of weeks ago to look for a new or used Pilot, and Mike Dalpino was the salesman who helped us...he was great - took a lot of time with us, was patient as we considered the merits of new or used, and then found us a great 2011 Pilot that looked brand new.  We bought it that week, and due to his great service, brought in my in-laws the next week and they also bought a brand new Accord.  They were equally pleased with Mike's service.  We will definately come in again when it's time for our next car!

I found the car I was looking for on Cars.com. It was located at Honda of Lisle. About 80 miles from where I live and across the state line in a Chicago suburb. I was very hesitant to buy a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far away. After some research, I found Honda of Lisle to be very reputable. I proceeded by sending an email inquiry. It was answered by a call from Martina in the Internet Sales dept. Friendly, low pressure conversation. She addressed several concerns I had. She explained that being a Honda Ceritified used car meant I could have the extended warranty work done at my local Honda dealership. This went a long way toward my main concern about service issues that may pop up after I get home with the car. She sent me additional pictures that I needed to qualify the condition of the car.

I set up an appointment and was met by Jennifer Holish when I arrived. She was freindly, professional and attentive. If there was any question she couldn't answer, she was very prompt in finding the answer for me. We drove the car, discussed a trade-in, negotiated and sealed the deal in about 4 hours total time. This time included the service dept addressing some concerns I had about the vehicle, detailing the car, and completing financing (at a very attractive rate with no fees). I am very happy with the results and the buying experience at Honda of Lisle.

Jennifer has been very helpful in the entire buying process.

We have had numerous e-mail communication on the models that we would like to consider including some non-HONDA models.  Finally, we decided on the HONDA FIT.

She also helped in the price negotiation process, picked up the SILVER FIT from the Joliet store for us.

The only issue that we had is that this car has 125 miles on the odometer when we picked it up.  Since HONDA FITS are in short supply, we don't mind that much with HONDA's reputation.

This is the 6th new HONDA that we purchased from this dealership starting from 1989.  We hope that we will get a better deal from the next HONDA purchase.

I was looking for a specific used Odyssey and thought I'd found it.  George Paulus was friendly, professional and I felt comfortable dealing with him.  We did not purchase the vehicle but only because I had my heart set on a color and the 2008 and newer did not come in red but rather maroon.  I wound up getting a Sienna elsewhere but I hope I am not sorry since everything else was perfect, the features, the condition of the car and the price, including dealing with George.  Okay, buying a car based on color is a girlie thing but then I AM a girl!  Sorry George.  If I am in the market for a Honda when their colors are more attractive to me, you are my first choice for a sales person--and that's saying something since I came to Lisle from Arlington Hts. to shop.  I would recommend Honda of Lisle.

We recently bought out Honda Civic from Honda of Lisle and our experience overall has been excellant. Mr. Nandani was our Sales associate and he was very helpful during the entire process. My partner and I were just thrilled with how very little negotiating we had to do.  Lanny was just the BEST when addressing our concerns.  First was pricing.  Lanny immediately matched another dealer (who was part of a buying program that Honda of Lisle was not) and then there was the matter of the trade in.  Lanny knew that this was a huge sticking point for us and he was willing to give us what we wanted to close the deal.  This amounted to $3500 MORE than the other Honda dealer was willing to do.

I was between buying a Highlander and a Pilot. I went to test drive both.

I was so appalled by the Toyota dealership after my experience at Honda that I walked out of Toyota Lombard so happy to NEVER have to go back. I got on the phone with Honda and purchased over the phone our Pilot.

Purchased 2011 CRV SE last week.  Very happy with decision. This is our family's third purchase from this dealer (previous purchases occurred in 2001, 2009).  This should tell you about our confidence in the price and dealer experience. This was our second purchase from Chris.  Quick email response over internet pricing and availability.  Chris was very patient, let us decide and never once pushed for a sale. We will definitely buy again and continue to recommend Honda of Lisle. I've always been impressed with how well the Honda of Lisle dealership operates.  Rather it be sales, financing, service, parts, getting a ride to/from work while they're performing maintenance, getting a car wash, etc, they always seem to have things under control.  They definitely have a well ran dealership.

I recently leased a Honda Accord from Honda of Lisle. My experience there was great. I usually do not enjoy the process of buying or leasing a car, but I did my homework on-line and met with Jennifer, and the process went quickly and very smoothly. I also met with the financial people to sign all of the papers, and there were no "hidden" costs and everything went smoothly. It was a painless process and I LOVE my Honda!!! Would highly recommend Honda of Lisle!!

We recently purchased our new car from Honda of Lisle and I must say it was one of the easiest car buying experiences we have had.  The salesman was not pushy, which always makes things much more enjoyable.  He was also very concious of the fact that we had two small children and wanted to make the experience as quick and painless as possible.  Our salman Eric, was pleasant, easy to relate to, and worked hard at helping us reach a price on the car that both sides were happy with.  It was a great experience overall!

My third new Honda in 20 years from Honda of Lisle.  I love Honda's reliability and wonderful service.  Only one service issue in all that time.  I called Ray Underwood and the issue was resolved immediately.  Because of all this past good experience. I trust your maintenance advisors' recommendations and fair pricing. 

All three Hondas purchases were pleasant experiences, but nothing topped Sam Gage with his knowledge of the product and easy approach.   Salesmen with ear-to-ear grins and a hearty agressive manner have me back-pedaling toward the door.

It was a very pleasant experience to go to your dealer and be able to look around and make a decision on a purchase without any pressure. A professional environment and knowledgeablesales person. Would definitely recommend Honda of Lisle dealer to family and friends and Mr. Sager Abu Roman as their sales person. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Tim was an excellent sales person.  He attended to our needs by phone as well as in person.   We were very highly satisfied with his level of customer service.

This has been the best purching experience I've ever had - car or other.  As a single, woman I was nervous, but Sam has made it comfortable.  And...I am happy with the negotiations and price.

 I went into Honda of Lisle and spent 30 minutes climbing in the van on the showroom floor, slamming doors (repeatedly) and NOBODY came to help me or ask me if I needed help! (Wow business must be good, as I would have payed cash on the spot for the vehicle, but nobody helped me.) Then through email, Chris Gorgosz belittled the written quotes from other dealers, classless! Told me the "other dealers" would never honor the price the quoted. BS.

If Honda of Lisle was 3k under the quotes I received I STILL would not buy from them.

Ken Nandani is a very pleasant person to deal with, no pressure, just there to help... We knew pretty much what we were looking for in our new 2011 Pilot. Ken was just outstanding in making it happen for us…

He was courteous, kind, considerate and knowledgeable.

I had a very good sales experience with Bob Gross,  he was very knowledgeable, took time to go over the benefits of the Honda Civic which we subsequently purchased and helped us make the right decision.  He was also very patient and attentive in the buying process.  I felt it was probably the best purchase process I have experienced.  Jennifer Holish also assisted Bob and she was as well very attentive in the purchase process.  Good experience and we feel good about purchase.

I have been a Honda of Lisle customer for many, many years both buying and leasing.  During those years Honda of Lisle has also provided my vehicle service.  Lanny Alltop made sure that not only did I get the Civic EX of choice at the price point I set but did so with a friendly, knowledgable attitude that made my experience great!  I'm delighted with the car and couldn't be more pleased with my decision to purchase at Honda of Lisle.

I had done a bit of homework online to check out the certified vehicles at this dealership, in particular the Honda CRV.  So I knew pretty much what I was looking for.  Ken Nandani was our salesperson, and he was straightforward, not at all pushy, helpful, fair and pleasant.  He has a dry sense of humor which we enjoyed.  I really dislike the process of buying a car, and have gone to Carmax for my last 2 cars because the process there is so easy.  Well, buying my new (for me) 2009 CRV at Honda of Lisle was just as easy.  And I love my CRV! It drives so easily and can accomodate all the gear I seem to need to have with me in the car.  All in all, a great experience, and they met all my expectations.  Thanks Ken!

Very efficient, helpful and personable

I felt very comfortable with Bill. My biggest concern was price, and he was willing to listen to my concerns with out being overly pushy and work with me. I went to a Honda dealership in Countryside earlier in the week and walked away because I felt like I was being pressured; Bill was personable without trying to oversell me and let me - and my dad, who also purchased a car - make our own decisions. He knew what he was talking about with the price, even when my dad pulled out his iphone, and Bill stood by his product and price. I enjoyed my experience at Honda of Lisle and working with Bill Reiman.
