The customer service at Lisle is a disgrace. Recently I took my car in for maintenance and ironically the next day the check engine light was on. Naturally out of concern took it to another dealership (Lisle was too busy to see me) and found that the gas cap was not placed properly back on the gas tank. After speaking to Derik the Lisle service manager, he stated that his service workers would never take the gas cap off. The ultimate is that I had to pay another $90 for a diagnostic test to tell me that. It is his word against mine and as a customer I received no compensation. I had been a customer at the Lisle dealership for 3 years. Notice the word "had". That won't be the case any longer. In today's economy is this what we have been reduced to for dealerships to stay in business when new car sales are down?
