Working with Tim (and Jennifer Holish) has been a very good experience.  I wanted to buy a car within a few days and did internet queries to 4 different dealers (Lisle, Schaumburg Honda, O'Hare Honda and McGrath Honda in St. Charles).  My goal was to do all negotiations online and then go to the dealer wtiht he best price and buy it.  I didn't want to negotiate price when I went into the store and I didn't want the OTD costs to change when I showed up.

Tim and Jennifer were by far the most responsive and pleasant to work with.  They answered all questions, were willing to reprice things as I added accessories that I wanted and were available by phone on the day I wanted to purchase the car. 

I felt as though I got a great deal, with as little hassle as possible on pricing when I arrived, which was my ultimate goal in setting out via internet earlier in the week. 

It says a lot about the customer service and comfort level when I WANTED to buy the car from Schaumburg Honda and gave them every opportunity - but Tim was just so much easier to work with.
