I have bought cars for over 30 years now.  Ranging from Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Chevy, Infiniti and Volvos.  Typical car salemen ar usually what you get when you're shopping around.  The typical lines and high pressure.  When I went to Honda of Lisle, a guy named Lanny approached me and from there on I had the best experience I've ever had in a dealership.  I had already been to 2 other dealers that morning so I was quite wore out already.  Lanny was not only helpful but was low pressure and actually let me make the decision on my own.  Never being pushy or overly salesman like, It was then that a manager named Frank came over and after some time chatting with both of them I decided that this is the place for me.  I purchased my brand new Honda Pilot from Lanny and since then Lanny expedited in getting some accessories that I wanted to put on.  Since I'm in sales too, it's good to meet genuinely nice people that are good at what they do and don't feel that they need to fit the stereotype.  I'll never go to another Honda dealer as long as Lanny and Frank are there!
