I wanted to share a very positive experience I had with salesperson Robin Bresley at Honda of Lisle.  When I originally met with her I was focused upon purchasing only a 2008 Accord.  This was due to the reliability and safety features for my daughter.  After a good test drive I planned on bringing my daughter in the following week for her to test drive during her college spring break.  Little did I know that she was too petite (at 5’ 1”) to clearly see out the back window while driving the Accord.  Robin observed this and asked if she would be willing to test drive the Civic, which was a little better, but still was too high in the back to see.  Then Robin suggested test driving the CR-V.  And to my surprise it was an excellent fit for my daughter.  I appreciate how Robin was sensitive to my daughter’s needs and my daughter felt comfortable enough with Robin to communicate those needs to her. 

After leaving the dealership that time we decided to pursue one of the 2008 CR-V’s in stock.  The price was in our range and I was hoping to purchase one the following week.  I nearly had walked away for the on line price had been increased to the point where I was saddened and felt I had to walk away.  I contacted Robin explaining how saddened I was since I was hoping to close the deal the following week.  Robin was able to get a commitment from her manager on the original price when we test drove.  When purchasing the CR-V, I was concern that some last minute additional cost would be added, but there wasn’t any.  Robin demonstrated a level of integrity that is not usually seen in purchasing an automobile.  This is my first time purchasing a vehicle from Honda of Lisle and I can tell you that with Robin’s assistance I know that my daughter has the best car for her size and her needs. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone purchasing a vehicle from Honda of Lisle.
